well at this stage I can't confirm if its a worthwhile mod yet shav as the car feels exactly the same. I'm sure it'll pay off after the tune.

It was interesting to see that the BOV sits almost vertically on the PW intercooler, so the turbosmart kompact BOV that most of us have touches the bonnet lining... they trimmed a perfect circle into the bonnet frame right above the BOV so that it clears comfortably now.. i wonder if anyone else such as Robert (manaz) has had a similar issue.
Turns out the cold air intake im getting had to be custom made by PW. The intake piping is now designed to work with the silicone turbo inlet that most of us have.
The normal cold air intake they make is designed to work with the stock turbo inlet. So ive asked PW to hang onto my CAI for a week and get their draftsman to model it up and put it into production as well as most us have a turbo inlet upgrade.
Ive also just purchased a new fuel pump (DW65c) after getting some good advice that i might be close to maxing out my factory when when i get my next tune. Anyone have any tips for the install?

Here's a photo of the BOV on the cooler. Do you have an afternarket BOV or just the stock one?

EDIT: Ah ha! I lie! It *does* touch - there's a spot on the underneath of the bonnet where the paint's all scraped away. It also explains why the top of the BOV keeps loosening over time.
Now to resolve that little contact issue (which cannot be good...).
