Great stuff Adam
thanks sean!
What was your 14 in? The liberty? Original engine or new one?
Yeah mate, my LGT with the new engine; on 98RON. Did it twice only 2 weeks ago (before centre diff went bye bye). Ironically, I only did two runs to "save the diff"
I'm now thinking I may have a similar issue as Mick (albeit slightly less exaggerated given my lower power and smaller turbo) as I couldn't get better than 2.3 or 2.4 60'
I can't shake this bad feeling that as soon as I go to the drags, my centre diff will get snapped up just like yours and J's!
Are there any centre diff upgrades we can do besides the pins?[/quote]
You mean the bushes replacing the needle roller bearings?
There's cryo-treating...J had this done and I believe Mick might have too.
Been chatting with my old man about the bushes and he thinks two brass bushes is better than just one (bearings are what he does; designs and sells).

Putting on UEL headers which won't add much peak power, but will make the mid range far more exciting. Going back to a cold air intake and will hopefully learn to accept the noise. Plus 1 more surprise mod that I'm massively excited about!
it'll be worth it!

Nice! are you still running a VF52?
How's your auto box holding up? I'm probably only looking at around 215wkw and was worried about the box.
Now that my car is at process west I can say that I'm getting a verticooler. They're using my car to develop it for liberty's. On 2 separate wrx's this cooler has delivered an increase of 17kw and around 30-40nm of torque across the entire rev range... should be a great mod!!
peadya100 wrote:Have a look at the process west website shav, they have a dyno comparison on a 2.5 wrx. Owen from revzone got the same result too.

It performs much better than the older style top mount though so it's a no brainer which one to buy.
I'll post a graph showing difference once tuned, but that'll be a while away as MSR will tune it.
My result will be a bit off though as I'm doing headers at the same time.
