I installed 12sq ft of Stinger Road Kill to both front doors, and the tail gate today.
I covered about 50% of each outer door skin (the bits i could access easy enough), and all of the service holes in the inner skin.
As for the boot (prone to rattles), installed it to where ever it could go, which ended up being most of the inner skin, and a little bit of the outer skin (impossible to access).
Wen't for a drive after it was all done, can notice a good improvement all round. The speakers have a bit more bass and mid, and the road noises sound "damper".
The rattles in the boot are mostly gone, although it could still be improved. (I want them to be non existent).
The doors also have a nice deep thump when you close them, and are heavier too.
if you knock on the front doors, and then the back doors (no road kill), theres a huge difference in the sound. The rears echo like a drum, and the fronts are a lot muter/less tiny.
I'd like to do the rear doors when i have my next day off, so i'll probably buy the smaller $45 pack of Stinger to cover them.
A big job, took about 4 hours all up. But worth it. I'd like to cover the entire car in this stuff although i don't know how to pull apart the car to access the wheel arch's etc.
