Thanks for the tips guys. I'll definitely be doing the work myself. I'll only get the brake discs shaved. Might as well give my suspension and the wheel wells a clean at the same time.

Hey mate, my friend is the head mechanic/service manager for a big Toyota dealership here in Melbourne, like 12 or 18 hoists in their garage? And they send all their disks to be machined by a small machining shop, who are quote "the best" pro, and they only charge $60 for all four disks.
Suss out a shop like that near your place and you can't get better quality work, since it's like bread and butter for them. I can't find these guys anywhere on the net, they don't have a website, they probably get so much work from dealerships, they don't bother advertising, just registered in yellow pages - hence I said suss it out.
