Sounds about right... When I got my car it was due for the 200,000 big one. All up it was just over $2,200 I needed items for roadworthy (lower control arms I think) and they changed a split cv boot along with all genuine parts (I dont take it to subaru though)

Ouch! 2.2k sure is alot but at least I will only have to do it once on the car so I should not complain to much :P and same here I get all genuine subaru parts or better performing parts :D

I just get better stuff and do 60% of the service myself. Belts, alignment, tyres I leave to them. Fluids, filters, brakes ect I do myself

Oh I rarely have the time and the space is a but frustrating in my new house but I book myself in like I'd book in for a service to make sure I do it. The only times I get the mechanic to to stuff I can do is when I'm feeling lazy...
I just like to save myself a bit of money... To buy more things for the car!

I had the major service today and it came to 1625 which was not too bad :)

Butttt the new one off rotors from DBA do not fit cause they are vented 266mm and my current ones are 244mm solid rotors

So I need new calipers for the rear and I need them quickly! Any help guys?
