UPDATE:
Finally! Some good news and progress...
1/ Engineering has determined that the Block will be honed and machined to 10 thou (+0.25mm) which takes me to 99.75mm and will be finished off with some neat tricks and giggles
2/ Part(s) have been ordered via RSP ( real street performance ) MANY thanks to Trevor for great pricing and shipping costs..hopefully should arrive within the next 5 days
3/ Talking about parts I was originally going to get some cosworth phenolic spacers via Adam @ tuspeed ..but he has given me a good price and asked to try the "EPC 8mm Phenolic Spacers"...If I don't like them his happy to replace them back with the cosworth ...it's a Aussie brand which I'm happy to support and have been around for awhile especially for the RS liberty world

so the waiting is upon me while I organize and get everything shipped ....once parts arrive it will be straight to the workshop for some measurements and final block and head work...then it's back to springy where its assembly time...
