The rectangular-shaped OEM sub connects by tapping the HU's front speaker outputs. If you get the style intended for factory radios with a 14-pin harness, that sub will work with the satnav. However, your on-screen sub settings won't control it.
You can add the RCA jack for the subwoofer output (via either the OEM "Cord Convert" cable or by adding an RCA jack directly to the empty slots on your factory 24-pin harness. Then connect that to an aftermarket sub (under-seat or other).

You can install the odd-shaped OEM sub shown in
this thread, wiring that to the satnav's sub output (for this sub, you do not want the RCA jack on the satnav).
In either case, your on-screen menus will control those subs.
