G'day Justin,

Any update on your Lib?

I'm waiting to see how you went with the FMIC install and your Springy Motors experience.

HEY EVERYONE.....BEEN A WHILE.....

I've been VERY VERY busy with work and other commitments...haven't been driving or working on the liberty much in the last 2 months...

RUMOR: It is true that I was planning to part out and sell the car......which MIGHT still happen.........BUT this wont happen until I have the car where I want it to be and from there a decision will be made...but until then my parts and car are NOT for sale ** sorry vultures **

OKAY SO HERE GOES........AN UPDATE!!

Front bumper was removed today and front mount inter cooler has been fitted ( thanks to Scott and his fabrication skills )....I have taken pictures and as promised will be making mini walk through once all is done and completed...Tomorrow I will be tackling the piping and other little custom issues, hoping to have all done by tomorrow night....

Great to have you back posting Justin. I have been eagerly waiting for an update as this was like reading a book with the final chapters missing.

Can't wait for the pictures in this latest installment and the rewards you so richly deserve. :)

That's good news Justin, was disappointed to hear you were getting rid of the car, glad it's not true.

Where are you getting the tune done for the FMIC?

Looking good Justin.

I have to ask, where and when is it getting tuned.

Any thoughts on Gambit's Heathcote Drags meet?

Nice Justin! Now raise that numberplate for intercooler goodness = DONE! :D Pick up your intercooler already so we can fit it and show it off to bruce.....ahahahahaha :D

wow that cold side piping looks complex. did you have to modify it or is that the way it came from HDI?= The Pipes from the HDI kit were all used, but it was all wrong? I'll explain more in my walk through.....but roughly speaking we chopped, cut, added and re angled them to make it all fit to the car, the end tanks and piping below was the REAL pain in the ass!

Man looks fantastic and very neatly done ! = Thanks gambit! I'm happy you approve ehehehe :D

Looks good mate well done and hopefully this will remove some of the bottleneck in the intake system = Thanks Buddy! I surely hope so too! The car feels really different.....and I must say even prior to re tuning I haven't really noticed much more lag? not that I've given it the full beans yet.....feels more solid...in regards to noise I had to really back off the BOV adjustment, was making allot of flutter even at low rpm...the only issue I've noticed so far is my coolant temps have jumped about 2 - 3 degrees more when idled at the lights(logged from ecudatascan)....but either from that everything else is A+++ OKAY! Over the next few days will re tighten everything and make sure all is good...and if I have the time I will sand back the pipes and paint them black for stealth...dont know about the core though? the silver core front is growing on me....ehehehehe

I have to ask, where and when is it getting tuned = million $$$$$ question bruce? I still need to get my 1000cc ID injectors, turbosmart fpr1200, grimmspeed boost controller and other little things installed as well....I have a few options in mind.....

Any thoughts on Gambit's Heathcote Drags meet?= I've spoken to gambit already about that.....    scott Vs gambit I say! perfect line up!
