"Yes" you can use 91 or 95 RON but you risk damage to the engine as most likely the car will ping/detonate when revving it out as the engine has been tuned to run on 98RON.
If you want to continue to run 91RON then get it retuned on 91RON fuel or risk damage to your engine.
