Yeah, that's what I thought, but I've got a feeling that just because you've got your foot off the pedal, doesn't necessarily mean that the throttle is closed. My understanding of the electronic throttle control was to get a smoother ride, and conserve fuel and limit emmission (which ends up equalling less responsiveness it seems).
Just a thought as there is a MASSIVE difference between driving a scooby with and without this electronic throttle control.
