As the the title suggests, has anybody hooked up a reverse camera to their SAT/NAV? Is it even possible?
If so, any recommendations on camera types? Did everything go smoothly?

Assuming you have the factory Satnav (Kenwood 1200 which is actually a Kenwood DV3200) then
1. Satnav has a specific reverse camera input already present (see screenshots on post 8 and 9 http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36342)
2. Satnav accepts NTSC for both inputs (4 pin molex reverse camera input and RCA video input)
Recommend a CCD reverse camera not a CMOS for visual quality reasons (but CMOS much cheaper). Plenty on eBay but do a Google search.

If I understand correctly, am I right in assuming that the dedicated reverse camera inputs will only receive an NTSC signal, meaning I have to get a camera that outputs in NTSC?

Just got to purchase a USB 4-wire resistive touch screen panel controller shortly to hook up to a laptop I'll put under the seat following the info from the first PDF in the following link Moi advised me a while back...
