So the deal is, even though I asked them to ship to my work address, they put down my billing (home) address so I was carded yesterday.
Called courier and they said they need authorisation from sender for authority to leave (not on the card) so I have emailed them (with much disappointment, they got my address twice, and both times they got it wrong :?: :?: ) to authorise it so we can get it today.

It annoys me to no end when vendors cannot follow shipping instructions! Or when they have delays in responding to redirect requests or refunds etc. I have burnt bridges to lots of vendors for these reasons.
