Did a couple of 0-100 Runs the other day....

7.0 sec average (6.9-7.1)

So the claimed 6.9 via carsales I can confirm for a 100% stock car. To get this time I was stalling it to around 2k rpm. Probably could've stalled to 2,800ish but dont want to start doing that till i've installed trans cooler ;)

hmm, strange... For some reason, the wheels (whether it be their size or design) makes the car look smaller. Like an old RS

Yeah - I was going to say that they make the wheels look enormous, but I guess you could say it was the other way around. Maybe it's the pics?

Either way, great choice mate. Not my cup of tea, but...

Agree with your comment about gravity! LOL!

My gf is not allowed to drive my car unless I am intoxicated :)

When you get those wheels repaired make sure they reapply the clear coat.

Though I may add a little update.

Here is how the car sits as of a few weeks ago, nothing changed really:
Original Height.JPG
Original Height.JPG (109.72 KiB) Viewed 3219 times

The longer the wheels are on the car, the more disappointed I am with the colour. It just didn't come out how I wanted it. To be honest, this is the look I was aiming for:
Darker Silver.JPG

So the next steps are coilovers (to achieve the height I want) and to have the wheels re-coated in a darker silver / light charcoal.

Only thing is, it will probably take me another 6-9 months to get the funds together for this.....
