Yep I am pretty happy.. If I had to give the turbo back I would probably cry..

In the next fortnight I will get fuel pump & regulator, new tyres & new brake pads.. Once this has been done I would be up for it.

Then I will need to start looking at track wheels & tyres and better bucket seats..

Car is finally back in the shop (For high flow fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and re-tune), should be heading back up the Mtn tomorrow afternoon to pick it up..

Yep.. Clutch started to slip so car was detuned..

Its back in the shop at the moment for new clutch.. Will either pick up tonight or tomorrow evening.. Then off on a road trip down to Dubbo Zoo, Jenolan Caves & Blue Mountains ..

Its pretty nice out that way. I use to live in Sydney and we would head out there a lot on weekends.. Camping at Megalong Valley, we would pick up boxes of apples at Blackheath. I bought my previous car out there and did a couple of hot laps of the Mtns before heading back to Qld. You have some truly awesome roads out there. The plan is to cover about 2500km in four days.

hehe, I quite like the run between Sydney and Brisbane. Can do it without touching the Pacific dieway and only 22km of the New England. Too much fun to be had on parallel roads to be driving on those pork clogged arteries

The drive was incredible and no speeding tickets (that I yet know of)… Fuel economy for the trip averaged less than 8L / 100km. I was surprised that I was able to get my PB Ultimate every 300km or so.. I brought some octane boost but didn’t end up needing it..

With new clutch car was tuned to just over 220kW ATW, tuner told me to come back after my trip and he will tweak the power output up a bit. He kept it low due to possibility of dodgy fuel on trip.

The Liberty is the dirtiest it has ever been tho (inside & out), I have a about an inch of squished bugs to get off the front of my car and wheels.. I was also pretty lucky to not hit anything bigger, after seeing dead roos and wombats every few km I took it pretty easy at dawn and dusk. Car was never uncomfortable to drive and I spent 12 hours driving Friday and about the same in it yesterday.

Also NSW roads are soooo much better than Queensland roads..

I think I am finally content with the mods I have.. The only extra mods now would be to pull the engine apart, install a massive turbo and turn it into a track car, which I have no intention of doing...

How long till you noticed the clutch slipping?

I too should have final results with my car this week with a tune and other bits and pieces, but curious for similar or maybe abit more power than what you are producing should i start considering clutch options? Need to check with the Phat.
