Used to think the same before calculating it but even if you had a thirsty 10A fan running (unlikely to drag that much given the size of the cooler core) - it equates to 120w at 12v (or 140w at running voltage)
So about the same as driving with your lights on ( 2 x 5w tails, 2 x 5w parkers 2 x 60w highbeams) in drag on the alternator. Ok add a few more watts for inefficiency and still - no real noticable difference.
