Here Goes,
Depending on year model this is what is done @100k.
Engine oil and filter,trans oil,front diff oil(auto),rear diff oil,brake fluid,air filter ,fuel filter,spark plugs,timing belt,coolant etc.I have never seen an oil pump replaced on a service unless the motor has done a big end,or a water pump replacement unless it is leakingThis is based on a pre 2006 model as things change from MY06.Hope this helps,if in doubt check your owners manual.Cheers

I had a mechanic friend of mine help me do the 100k - he specialises in Subarus, and didn't charge me for labour as i did most of the work under his guidance. I also replaced the cam seals as one was leaking (this isn't part of 100k service) It still cost $750 and that was parts only at trade price so i would expect to hand over alot of Big Mac's to Subaru. Any reputable mechanic will be able to do it for cheaper than subaru, but some people feel more comfortable leaving their car at a dealer for service even though it cost more.

I figured with my car that come the end of my lease I will be about to hit the 100k mark so will making sure I have enough funds from pre tax dollars.

I got 1.5 years remaining on my lease. I won't be doing a 5 year lease again. It's slightly too long for my liking, but then again I have no idea what i would get to replace my current car as I don't like what's out there. I might just buy out my car and then lease a family car?

5 years is a long lease. Having said that if I got the option on mine I'd consider another 2 years, given it's age I don't think I will though. I have handled the 25,000k's easily enough but wouldn't mind winding that back a little when I finish. I will miss the pre tax petrol card though, going to be a change dipping into the hip pocket each time I refill it (and service it).
