'Illuminated' cup holders

Postby Hobber » Wed Jun 06, 2007 1:56 pm

G'day!

Long time lurker, first time poster :)

Took delivery of my '07 2.5i the other day, and last night noticed something rather trivial - the illuminated cup holders, well, arn't illuminated.

Nothing (useful) in the manual or in a forum search about it, so I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is some special set of circumstances that have to combine for the cupholder illumination to kick in? Or should they just be on when the lights are on?

I had the Aux jack installed so I wonder if they stuffed something up when running that in.

Thanks in advance!

Ah thats okay then!

It doesn't bother me if they don't illuminate if its by design - I only care if its broken and needs to be fixed :).

Its not a feature I'd deliberately pay for either, but thanks for the info ;)

Cheers!
