Introduce yourself

Mystique is here

Postby Mystique » Thu Aug 06, 2009 12:02 pm

I've been lurking on here since it's inception, and I guess it's time I introduced myself. Many of the Brisbane members know me personally and I've been posting previously on several (ill-fated) Liberty forums of past, so other would know me as well. I won't hold that against you. :P

As to my ride, I've got a manual black Liberty 3.0RB sedan and owned it since I bought it brand new. I still love my car and have no intentions of replacing it any time soon. Over time of had a few mods done to the car as follows:

STI strut brace
STI rear lateral links
STI rear lip spoiler
STI pink springs
Vin tune (144kw atw)
ADR approved generic SS brake lines with Hawk ceramic pads

hmmm, seems as if I've got a STI fetish :o

There is one thing I really dislike about my Lib, the Macintosh really sucks the big ones. Having said that, I have no intention of changing this as I'm really into home hifi, and cbf'd about car audio.

I'll post some pics up in due course, but the car looks bog standard from the exterior apart from the rear lip spoiler. I'll post up the dyno as well tonight. :)

Welcome Joe. :)
What prompted you to post now if you've been lurking since the start?

(And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear.... sounds like time for an exhaust mod :D )

I see you've recognised my pink past. :D

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Lok, that's because you're more interested in my hifi than my car.

Cheers. I think I'm done with mods, the car is pretty much where I want it to be (for a mid sized sedan).

Anyone know how to perform a sunroofectomy?
