what do you guys think of this?

Can see what you're going for with the black/white/black look. But there's just too much black in that part.

I think you'd be better placed to paint the underside of the spoiler black which will give you the thin black line on the top of the setup you need, and the clean white lines in between.

The look you've got there seems to be a bit of an American thing, have seen it before on many US cars but it just doesn't fly in AU.

funny, I kinda did a tribute to my old car with that blacked out section. I think it may look less "heavy" from farther away. check it out.

You US guys and your cool state-representin' license plate slogans and decoration!
Not necessarily a bad thing, but I think us Aussies have the most simple looking license plates in the whole world. Plain to some, elegant to others.

And hmm can't say I'm a fan of the boot either, then again I'm boring and prefer my cars in one colour!
