First thing was the Dump pipe fitting.
Phat of course did a top notch job with the install, even fitting my AVO tmic. The dump has made an instant change to the exhaust note, a little deeper burble/rumble with very little extra noise, unless at FULL throttle. Throttle responses is very quick
, the pull is far more stronger all the way throughout the rev range….. it now gets to redline a little quicker, my EVC has logged a little more boost. But the true test will come this Thursday when it gets some track time.Next the Lower Arm bushes
Once again Phat made the install look like a walk in the park, making use of his new tools and monster press to the replace the oem bushes. I opted for a 50/50 setting (oem is 70/30) which was set by fitting equal thickness shims either side of the bush. The shims supplied allow 3 different setting, based on your choice and of course they can be changed at a later stage.
The steering now has a lot more road fell to it, not too hard. Any change in direction of the wheels feel a lot more solid and settled, can’t wait to feel the difference this Thursday
Phat even lent a hand with helping me with a pad change, type m’s of course.
