Isn't the wagon sunroof factory tinted ?? My MY05 3RB wagon wasn't, but my the MY07 GT sedans are !

Where is Jamahl these days, he done graphics for an old car of mine back in 05. Is he still in the loft in the shop in Willeton cos i see the audio guys moved out.
I took my wagon to Tint-a-Car Vic Park and went all out and got darkest legal Bolle Tint including sunroof. For all intents and purposes its the same look as formula 1 or midnight express... but with better UV protection and best optical film for the money. Was like 470 for fronts and matching rears plus sunroof. Cos the wagon is black it makes the tint look darker too... but coppa's havent disliked it yet. (3months on)


Jamahl is literally across the road from where he was. If you were facing the old shop door, look right, he's now with the detailer in the older building complex.

Slower because it's not black? Hmmmm NO it would be lighter and faster cause it's white - right? LOL

Hey Jimmy,

Yea got involved in the buy via Sentinel on the forum. See viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5374&start=0 In the end, it got closed early. I was lucky enough to have been "committed" right off the bat. Prices were close to 30% off SO - free install.

Before you lot got a hold of me the only mod I was thinking of short term was the short shift. Then the bar order led me to think "some under bonnet useful bling" to go with the sway bars would be good.

Now . . . going down my line of thinking I'm going to go for the 2DIN touch / computer as in viewtopic.php?f=22&t=5625 Might be everything I want TV, bluetooth, guages, TUNE capable, etc. Simply brilliant :idea: .

I promised myself NOT to do to my previous Liberty as to this one as all my previous ICE got stolen lock stock n barrel but keeping the standard look and being able to remove the laptop seems quite feasible.

Well see though.
