Quite expensive..

IF the list of people, that has so far been listed and there is 2 people per 1.. that is only 20 people.. you owuld hope they have a good deal.. if there is more people etc.. would be cheaper.. but maybe not? doesnt seem they do deals with what they say..

thats why it will be good to invite more people - bring a few friends (mainly hot looking chic friends 8) ).......but it does seem that most places don't really offer a 'huge' discount on big groups :(

if we do
Grand prix,
It will be everyone for themselves, $199 over a 3 hour period

This is an event for 10 to 20 people

Sample Itinerary

Official welcome and registration
Driver training and safety briefing
Warm up
Heat 1 and Heat 2
Heat 3 and Heat 4
Grand Final
Presentation of Awards
(Select from a wide range of trophies, at
additional cost)

Reduced Mini Grand Prix

Everyone for themselves $150 over a two hour period.

Min 10-20 people

Sample Itinerary

Official welcome and registration
Driver training and safety briefing
Warm up
Heats 1 and Heat 2
Grand Final
Presentation of Awards
(Select from a wide range of trophies, at
additional cost)

ENDURO
If we do Enduro then it would be $199 for the kart per hour.

Minimum 10 karts and minium teams of 2, i.e we need 20 drivers min.

Estimate at least 2 hours would be good fun with e.g 20min stints with lots of swapping.
If you want to split this cost then you can have more drivers, some teams can have 2 or more drivers etc
If we do this one, then rego is by Kart Number (the registering person should sort out driver teams
(1hr is no fun)

So if you still dont get it then see below concept...
Friends are welcome.

Grandprix Per person
1. xrc15t
2. mygt07
3. etc...

Enduro Per Kart
Team / Drivers
1. Team Pink bits Sti ( xrc15t / Tera Patrick )
2. Team Gay Phil ( my07gt / Mr Hanky / Big Gay Al)
3. etc etc...

Note prices are indicative as i got them from their website and can be subject to change by Easterncreek.

I'll setup a poll for event choice - if i can work out how

I'm in for whatever decision.

OK you do it.

Both Grand prix is about 15 min sessions with breaks inbetween.
Enduro is non stop

Grandprix is usually more popular for corporates, but...
I'm keen for enduro hehe
