I have an 08 grille in a box...but dont think it will fit this one?

If I remember correctly the preface lifted 3.0 models have the same grill as the face lifted models.

yes, replaced by a plastic honeycomb....Badge is off it, to go on the honeycomb.

Same size I think but definitely different design to the wings
