I different grill would make a huge difference to the look!

I still think it will take some time to get used to, but people will come around. Especially if the new models come to Aus with all the wanky features they have been flogging :D

The lines on the new Liberty seem to suit the wagon a lot better then the sedan :D

Considering the wagon is more popular in Japan, maybe they have actually designed it with that in mind...?

Have to see it in the flesh before I pass comment - hopefully it is one of those designs that doesn't photograph too well!

Knowing that it is domestic spec, the 210kw claimed power output is interesting. How close will ours get to that?

Ho Hum every one will love it in a years time. Every time a new model comes out so do the knockers and they end up driving one . I have been hanging on and passed up on the Passat Audi ect and will have another B4 in the garage very soon not that happy going back to a 4 cylinder but its still a Liberty

Still very glad we bought a GenIV. The wagon looks worse!!!
Wagons for Oz may well get those hideous false black things in the rear bumper, like current sedans. How gross!!!
I note the Specs say the normal GT's will be 2.5.
Also the 6mt ratios show 4th as 0.972, so 4th/5th/6th are O/D's. That should be fun to drive - not!!!. Obviously to help the lack of economy.

Subaru is one of the few brands that have increased their market share.
Industry forecast is that Toyota will gobble-up Subaru in the next 5+ years.
Might as well get used to a Toyota Liberty.

Kia Cerato's grill meets Audi's long face. The wagon looks really nice from the side though.
