Hi guys!

I'm new to the forums, and to the Liberty, having just traded in my 91 S13 for a 2005 Lib. Gotta say it's a very tidy unit! Tho I def miss my old Silvy.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and my ride:

P.S:If anyone has an AV Panel Set for sale in Melbourne, hit me up! I don't care if it's black, I NEED to replace this factory audio ASAP, lol!

Sorry I couldn't help you out with an AV Panel set or centre trim plates.

I wish you well in getting an upgraded audio system fitted to your Lib.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! And yeah Lok, I think it's Regal Blue... I originally wanted black, but you can't be picky when it comes to secondhand cars!

It's a really tidy unit. 74000kms on the clock in immaculate condition all for $22k driveaway with trade in! There one exactly the same at FG Subaru, but with 117000kms and they were tryin to pawn it off to me for $26k!!

You a Melbournian mate? The plates show vic plates and I'm assuming your reference to FG is Fountain Gate?

You got a good deal on that Lib ! I sold my MY04 2.5 safety pack Lib in Jan this year for $20k and it had 84000kms on the clock. WHAT ? $26k for the same thing but with 117000kms - phifff !!! I bought my MY05 3.0R Liberty for less than that with only 74000kms on the clock.

I too prefered black, and yes, cant be too picky with used cars, so when mine came along with 38000ks for $18k in immaculate condition, thats what sold me :lol:

Lol. That Silvia lasted me 6 years with minimal fuss. So much fun to drive! It was just getting old and minor things were playing up. Screeching alternator, cracking interior, brakes rubbing, exhaust about to fall off etc etc. There was nothin catastrophically wrong with her... she was just old.
