I got an 05GT as well. Was going to order the exact same thing from the Sub STi site yesterday but they don't have them on the site anymore. Where did you get yours from? how much? and how much for postage? would love to see how it looks on the car.

Thanks,

-Martin.

Very nice mate, yeah the STi lip is one of the best purely cosmetic mods you can get.. pretty damn expensive for a long piece of plastic but it sets the front right off!

It's not so much the cost of the lip itself, but the shipping! It's a big huge U-shaped plastic, and since you can't bend or fold it, requires a big arse flat box to ship it over from Japan. I think it was something like $200-$250 for shipping. :?

So any domesticly made product will save you that much already.

LGT - those skirts are DAMD products. They are not cheap to import either. I priced this option a little while back and it's simply just prohibative!! With the Yen, shipping, insurance, importy duty, then GST........... You're better off getting spats locally or something or source a product through Troy...

I agree with you though - the sides and rear need something to suit it.

If you choose to pursue the DAMD stuff - drop me a PM as we may be able to hook up and reduce the shipping component.

BTW - love the lip - I like the little darker parts you've done to your car to make it a little different, really suits it!

Cheers

thanks mate,
also i know its gonna cost alot but thats the only thing i like for my car, well thats suits the lip like you said, im running a bit low on cash at the moment cause i need to put some money away for my daughters christening, but i have a car for sale and the second that goes im making that order. also too, with the black parts im doing more. i will be spraying the lights, and around the fog lights black too. then after i get the sides and rear done, i am going for the bonnet spoiler and rear window spoiler and they will be black as well. then later rims springs. and that will be it for the outside.i think.
