Hi all, First time member, I have just recently brought a 05 model liberty sedan. I found out about this site because the car had a clubliberty.asn.au sticker on the back bumper bar lip. Im guessing the previous owner was a member. The car was brought in Sydney but had Qld plates, rego: 071 IUU. Does anyone recognise this plate number. The guy that owned this car used to live in Yamanto Qld. I can tell that the car has had a few minor mods such as the original grill replaced with a sports grill, my mechanic informed me that the car has STI springs and there is a set of eyelids over the headlights I would like to get in contact with previous owner to see if any other mods have been done as I love the car and the mods.
Can anyone help me

I know who owned that car.

If there is a cooling off period still in force, take it back today.

Welcome! Hope you enjoy the forum! Uh-oh. Better return the car if you can or just set it on fire.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I dont get all the things like take it back, I realy like the car, just wanted to track the previouis owner and ask if there were any other mods that he had done.
On the service book it says that the owners name is Kurt Reid. Not sure how he got a sticker clubliberty.asn.au
Thanks Gumby for your reply, I saw that someone organised a Krispy Kreme meet before, I only live like 10 min away would definately go to the next one when it gets organised.

Err you do understand that the car you have purchased has an extensive problematic history right? The sticker is on the car because the previous owner is a forum member as stated and commented on by a couple of people already.. do you suffer from selective reading by any chance?

Just realised this forum is so much better than a log book for tracking the history of a car! :P
