How much did u negotiate off the RRP?

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

How much did u negotiate off the RRP?

Just wondering how much you guys were able to negotiate off the price or have extras thrown in when you bought your new cars?

Good useful thread. The ACCC would be proud.

I bought a '07 spec B GT sedan with mesh grill, mats, iPod jack and tint for $58,500- drive away. No trade in.

Yeah i got fleet discount for mine aswell. Not the best deal but a good one for owning one of the first on the road.

Pretty much the GST proportion off.

humour us.. im rather interested.. cause i got mine thru a lease plan, and was going to get the GT or the 3LTR, but wasnt %100 sure of how it would pan out in f/n payments...

so i am rather intersted, for when i upgrade in a couple of years...

Would your blood run cold if I had a discount of $7500 + all the goodies (mats towbar oilcooler + other bits )

Fleet discount is given for a fleet of over 12 cars .
I personally think it stinks
but their was no way that i wasn't going to take advantage

If you hold an abn and the car is a legitimate (yeah right) 'business expense' yes you can claim the GST back on your next BAS. In a round about way it saved me 5k.

^^^

Same here, claim 89% of the GST at purchase. BUT have to pay 100% GST on sale of old car!!

Also claim 89% (log book method) of running costs.
