datadot on tyres - thats a new notion!

Datadot is a unique code that is ties to the VIN, and records will have the engine no as well for that VIN

I thought I read somewhere that they did spray the inside wall of the tire with the datadots?

Wow - learn something everyday - seems pointless, its only good for your first 30,00kms (if your lucky)

I bet TBSTi's didn't get changedover with the Pirellis

Yeah in the builders mag.. you can buy your own datadot protection.. it's just a can, with it's datadot set or something.. you just spray away? if you like, I could post the link for it.. It's quite interesting.. thinking in doing all my tools with it.. better to be safe rather then sorry!

Good idea for the wheels too I guess.. an the mods, bodykits etc.. etc..

Think they had the price on there.. not quite so cheap.. BUT at least if you spray them.. you would have record of what you have.. :)

If I can remember correctly.. once you buy your datadot shizel to the nizel, you need to register it.. as that datadot will be your number (or what ever they are..) then you spray your stuff, it's then listen on there, I assume server or something for record as well :)

Sound good?
