Good Brisbane body shops?

Well I still need to get it a good clean to confirm. But I suspect it might be time for a respray for my lib.

Just wondering if anyone knows of some good places in Brisbane that I can call to get an idea of pricing/how much work it needs. it would also be good to see some examples of their work in the flesh particularly any black cars. As they can be hard to do right and I want to make sure the work will be top notch.

I want to do it right if I have to, but always need to balance that with paying the bills. But thanks for the tip I'll definitely check them out.

Why do you need a respray? Your paint job is pretty young relatively.

I'm not certain, but its got a few bits of the dreaded bat poo I'd like to deal with and its just spent 9 weeks waiting for a new engine, I'm happy to be told there is a better way, but I suspect some of the panels will need it.

Just trying to get an idea of who to go talk to that will give me some good advice and then do a good job if I do need work done.

Ahhh yes bat poo... Evil stuff... & from what I've heard, not something that can be buffed out easily.

But surely that couldn't justify a full respray would it?

I mean, my car is almost 4 years old & it could do with a respray on some panels (Damn people with studs on their jeans!), but not a full blown respray.

If it helps, I got a quote to respray my entire car a different colour (My colour choice will remain a secret - NO, it wasn't STI pink ) & it was going to be like 15k! Waaay too much!

Heaps, probably better off trading it on one with paint you are happy with.

Well 15K is crazy but that's what you get for wanting that crazy metalic changes colour from different angles stuff.

But yeah it won't require a full respray. But there are a couple of panels that will need more work then a buff can give.
