BL5 Rear wiper conversion

One's definitely for the wiper :P the rear washer is fixed, and the pump is at the front, with no electrical connection to the rear motor (I checked).

Maybe it has something to do with the wiper being always-on versus the wiper being on just once? i.e. one to accessory and one to constant 12V power.

I had a look through the Legacy (USDM) service manual and I found what I was looking for.

now I just need some time to sort it all out...

Sorry guys... spent today driving up from Melbourne to Sydney. AND MY LIP GOT FUKIN RIPPED OFF MY CAR TODAY so I'm not happy.

Will get photos over the weekend and upload them later... it's just not a priority to do it right now.

That would explain the STi lip I saw on the side of the road on the M5 on the way home today....

Need to write an update. Basically no pics because the pump is out, it's faulty. Two of the wires inside are crossed, from the time of manufacture, so it's shorting out. Need to get it sent back to Japan for a new pump, should hopefully arrive this weekend.
