2004-06 rear bar - same as Japan or USA?

Just wondering, does anyone know if our rear bar is the same as JDM or USDM models?

Or neither?

I think the answer is neither.

I know we 100% we do not have the same rear bar as Japan as Aussie has a larger rear reinforcment bar, thus our bumper is slightly longer.

Not sure about the US to be honest, but there does seem to be a lot of differences between their models & our models...

Yeah, I think neither as well. I remember Phat telling me if I order a rear bar from Japan, I'd have to cut a bit of the foam insert to make it fit. So the AUD bar is longer. And I think with the USDM safety requirements the bar is longer still (I think).

Im pretty sure the US front and rear bar stick out more (something to do with pedestrian crash laws)

Were you thinking about fitting a JDM or USDM rear bar to your Lib?
