any1 pulled theirs off before?

i want to yank mine off and have a look if the cone has given up on me...

it's really really stiff and i'm worried that i might break it.

im pretty sure u will break it if u just try remove the sub cover..

i think to see the top of the sub u need to remove the side panels (sit on each side of the parcel tray and go to the roof) then you remove the whole parcel tray..
big job and apparently once the side panels are removed they never fit back on the same

I reckon you should be able to see enough of the back of it from the inside of the boot to make up your mind as to whether it has died

was hoping to replace it while it was out anyways..


i love my boot space as it is and don't want a massive box in there.

the car is at subaru now gett the HU replaced and i've asked them to take a look at it cos it doesn't sound right.
