was good until we hit some road works just before the hawksberry river and then after.....got home around 6:20....

I only got home late cause since we had to drive past Gosford we popped into my God parents house

. Mano and Jims cars looks like they had been dropped on their ass's when they got on that Grass

finally home. What a day. First of all, thanks to the Newie boys for giving us an excuse to go for a drive. We had a great time on the road. Some great chatter on the radios, some nice fun roads and plenty of great guys to drive with.

I'm going to have to lead some of you guys on some day trips up into the lower hunter valley to enjoy some of the great roads at our disposal. We only scratched the surface today. Not that Peats Ridge road isn't amongst my favourites...

Apologies for not hanging around for the bbq and activities. Sounds like you all had a good time. Thanks again :friends:

Hunter Valley!? YES! I think this will need to be our next cruise.. maybe make it for a weekend? an we can do the wineys as well.. ?? could be an option!

thought I'd post here first...had a great day thanks Chris and Mano for your hospitality....

thanks to all the sydney peeps it was a great drive up....the drive down not so sure as I think I forgot about one of the speed cameras and just kept going (couldn't see any signs though??.. I was sure there was one near the RTA inspection station??).....fingers crossed now!!...

Bummer dude, Better hope that there wasnt one. Altho one the drive up to Newy that cop standing behind the tree was a sneaky bastard. Altho its Illegal for him to do that, No signs up and he was trying to hide.
