For the home waxer/polishers, Autobarn Catalouge sale

Hi All,

I know some people are probably going to want to punch on over this, because I know there is quite a few schools of thought towards orbital buffing and the traditional karate kid style of wax on/wax off...

anyways... Autobarn have been selling a great little tool called the "wax attack" a palm sized orbital buffer by Mothers for quite a while now, it's normal retail price was around $150, but with the christmas catalouge (page 19) http://www.autobarn.com.au/catalogue.php it's now only $119...

My mates had one for over 12 months now and I've waxed my car with it twice and the results are nothing short of spectacular... I bought my own now... and coupled with the Kenco giant buffing towels, it certainly is the easiest and best way I've ever polished my cars...

do your research, there are rave reviews all over google... they are pretty much fool proof to use unlike some of the older style buffers.

I am in no way affiliated with Mothers or Autobarn, I just know a good product when I see one

Them's fighting words! But yeah, I used to use this at home. Not a bad little thing. It's good for buffing wax and such. But won't do much in terms of hiding swirls and scratches. But over a decent product for the price.

yeah, I've don't really have any 'before' photos that show significant swirls or marks etc, I try not to let me paint get to that stage.

I can show you 'after' photos, as in straight after a coat of macquires tech wax 2.0 (but no close ups etc) click the link in my sig...

but I've never owned a black car to see major swirls etc

yeah, it's really slow... check out the link to the page where I have the video.

if you're in qld and on the coast, I'll happily provide a demo of it's authenticity, but with 3 cars done in 1 day, 1 coat of polish and 1 coat of wax to each with a clay bar on the lib I was very happy to get three very shiny cars with very little effort

Cos i believe everything you guys say & this is the internet....

Well i asked for one of these units for Xmas and Santa delivered..

Can i just say ..what a great little unit that actually does whats advertised.

Wax and polish the whole car in under an hour with minimal effort..

it would normally take me a min 4 hrs and be absolutaly knackered
afterwards..
