There are LED bulbs you can buy for your brakes, signals, and reverse lights, but there are no LED taillights available for the Liberty sedan. You can always go the Mano route and tint the taillights though.

You could also spray the light, only issues with that, once it's on.. it's on :(

With the tint, you can remove it.. so I guess that's an advantage/disadvantage.. also with the tint, It would protect your lights.. from rocks an what not, to an extent, but I guess you don't get many rocks on your rear tail lights, while on the front on the other hand you do.. you could tint them too.. but you would lose a bit of brightness from your lights..

Unless you put a clear film.. but I think that would stop it slightly :)

read my mind, i am also waiting for the LED tail lights for the sedan... doesnt look like anyone will make em??

i actually considered just changing the bulb to LED but I'm a bit undecided as apparently some are actually DARKER than the conventional bulbs? I guess the light doesnt spread as much in the light assembly?

I've got LED bulbs for the brakes at the moment. If you look at it straight from the back, the light (depends on what brand/kind you get) is more intense and mimics the filament bulb to the tee. However in terms of illumination, it provides less illumination. So if you rely on the brake lights to provide the maximum background illumination for your reversing, LED's is not recommended.

I'll try to enlist Trieu to help me capture it. Pretty hard to capture it's true illumination on camera.

If you read above that's what I'm thinking of doing... you can get film already cut to the shape, you just need to install them, so far cannot find in AU but they are in the states (USA)..

I've got LED globes in mine, they were something really expensive and are brighter than filament-based globes. It also has the instant-on safety of LED globes, too.
