Cromwood in Burwood are great. Best price I've ever seen for service, honest and stand by their work.

They service a large number of Liberties, so Ross has probably seen every possible issue out there, regardless of model. :)

hey alexei!

Yes i've heard a lot of good things about cromwood!
I've also heard that there have been occasions where the apprentices can do a dodgy job though?

I think i may need to replace a pair of O2 sensors next service. Matty (kido) is gonna look at my car later this month to diagnose the issue further

Then ill take it in for a service eventually!

Cheers buddy!

I think that was actually me who wasn't impressed, when a hose popped off after a visit there. To be fair it was a vac hose, they pop off all the time, and likely unrelated, so not really fair to blame anyone for it. Was just terrible timing and back when I knew nothing about cars.

Another time, my air box wasn't closed 100%. Not great, but more likely an honest mistake... In hind sight my box was a pain in the ass to close properly...

We've sent my partner's last 3 cars there for service (including her current one), never had an issue in 4 years now. I keep an eye on the work done, can't fault it yet :) And the missus is very happy with their customer service and price.

All in all, I think I'm the only one to leave poor reviews, and that was for small pedantic stuff. Honestly, every time my car gets any work done, often by the best in their field, I can always find a small fault... sometimes worse haha... Even the best of the best are only human :)

Give them a go, I wouldn't have written this essay if they weren't worth it
