That's what I thought until earlier this year.
Message from Matt from end of May (this is in regard to my 2.5GT, so may vary for 3.0R and others):
"Unfortunately full flex fuel only works on stock injectors so far. So it would need to be down to 50/50 so on a long trip if you got to even half a tank, fill with 98 and then fill with E85 as available OR swap tunes."
