Hey guys..

Looking at relocating to Sydney for a new job.. located in Crows Nest. whats rent like down that way.. trying to decide if the pay is worth it.. lifestyle expenses, rent, relocating costs..

it doesnt matter what the rent is,your getting an oppurtunity to get out of melbourne.

kvn you're worried about money and you're moving CLOSER to Phat? I mean if you sold your Liberty you might have a chance ....

Crows Nest is a pricey area, i suggested check realestate.com.au for property details around that area

Best to move out west 8)

Phat should open up a Mod Campus. You park your car into a huge garage and stay at one of the dorms. Just stay there until you're done modding. Saves from having to drive back and forth.

my friends tiny studio at artarmon (near crows nest) collects rent at $210 a week.
