Help me decide on one more gauge!

Either exhaust gas temp, oil temp and oil pressure - which one is most useful/interesting to have? I can only have one.

When would you ever need to know the temperature of your exhaust gas? And even then why would it need to be monitored?

EGTs help you to monitor your AFR, i.e good saftey measure to know when you are running too lean = kaboom.
