Brackets to fit aftermarket speakers to factory door screws

Guys,

I made the fatal mistake of thinking 'nah it'll be easy to replace the speakers in the suby'. Nothing is easy to replace in a suby.

The screw configuration in the door is 3 screws.
The screw configuration on my new Pioneer speakers is 4 screws.

but I was wondering if anyone has found any brackets locally? It just seems stupid paying ~$30 in shipping.

Jbhifi stock spacers afaik.
Autobarn, sca, try gumtree...

What kind of pioneer ones did you get?
The pioneers i had in the old legacy just used the bracket that came with the speakers along with the standard water shield one thats there from factory. Don't think the holes quite lined up but the sizing was correct so just made small pilot holes in both to stop it cracking and then screwed them together, worked perfectly. Same deal with the new legacy but using polk speakers.

Grab some MDF and a jigsaw and do it for next to nothing. Ive used scrap offcuts in all my cars with a lick of paint they look brand new

i made mine from plastic chopping boards from woolies, couples of bucks, a drill and a jigsaw

the solid plastic gives the advantage of the 'spacers/ adaptors' to not be too thick. too thick and the speakers wont fit
