After calling a few wreckers and subaru themselves, i decided to have a look on Japanparts.com... found one off the STi Forester that is much nicer than the wrx one in my opinion. Only $65 brand new delivered!

Only issue... radiator top hose and the airpump is in the way in the later models.

Good point Matt. May need to do some trimming to make it work.
Cynner from club liberty got it to fit.. I'm sure it won't be too tricky :?
Looks like a tight squeeze though... might have to grease it up to get it in haha

That does look better than leaving it bare... although I am a fan of the engine cover

I liked the stock cover too... but I don't love the look of the chopped down ones. This was the best option in my eyes.. but it may not be for everyone :D

Here is the evolution of my engine bay over the years, and I've embedded the PW ones, maybe there's something you like :) I've included the pics of Cynner's Pierburg 3 port mounting bracket in the slideshow.

That's pretty much what I had in mind for the 3 port Bracket. I should be able to make something like that.
I like your battery and abs covers Alexei! Always wanted some of those.

I realised the other day that none of my dyno graphs show the factory tune against the current tune as a comparison.
So i did some digging and found a dyno graph off a stock tuned by STi... not exactly what my factory tune looked like when i bought the car, but close enough for me to add it to my combined dyno graph as a comparison.

Its easy to forget how far you've come from stock when you've been living with your tune for a while. I'm half tempted to take a stock GT from a car yard for a test drive one day to make me appreciate my power level more 8)
