I've been investing in various bits of photo equipment and keeping a mental list of various locations in my area that have unobstructed backgrounds: all in preparation for doing more photos.
I'm working up to offering an affordable diagnostics, parts sourcing, install, development, upholstery, detailing and photographic service.
Having gained experience in all of these fields, since I bought the car, it's been an extremely satisfying experience.

Yes, the genuine STi lip has been glassed and filled and just needs a coat of black bumper paint and a fake STi badge (I have the original, they just get nicked)... It's going on when I reseal the headlights soon.
I have various DSLR's at work, all fairly old but useable, eg 5DmkII, 7D, D3, some L primes, a heap of Nikkors and the recent acquisitions are an Elinchrom Ranger RX AS 2-head kit and a Hensel Porty 1200 with 2 heads and a ringflash, and 2 sets of USA frequency PocketWizards for triggering the camera and the flashes seperately. Theres 2 Flex TT5's for Hypersync as well. In short no excuses!
