Matt was keen to do it, and actually hopes to cook up some added features such as a wot "S#" boost in "I" mode for overtaking purposes ;)

It could cut out the ridiculous two second delay experienced when the "S#" mode button is pickled :P

Just floor it and whooosh!

Nice to be able to see your car in the flesh the other day!

Are these photos taken on the Yarra Boulevard bridge? Looks mint! :good:
Was thinking of taking my car there once it's looking nicer.

Yes that's the one, its not bad but the guard rail is a bit uggers.

I've been investing in various bits of photo equipment and keeping a mental list of various locations in my area that have unobstructed backgrounds: all in preparation for doing more photos.

I'm working up to offering an affordable diagnostics, parts sourcing, install, development, upholstery, detailing and photographic service.
Having gained experience in all of these fields, since I bought the car, it's been an extremely satisfying experience.

I'll keep an eye out for nice locations, although none immediately spring to mind around our area unfortunately.
Although some of those cobblestoned laneways around Collingwood have some character to them.

That is an impressive array of services! Hope it continues to go well and let me know how you get on, as I'd definitely be a potential customer (especially on the detailing/photography side of things) :)

The car is looking pimp Ben. What photography gear do you have? Are you using a program to touch up your shots like Lightroom 5?
Cheers

Cheers! I learnt all about "good schema" from cruisn's fine example, amongst a bunch of other good things.

Yes, the genuine STi lip has been glassed and filled and just needs a coat of black bumper paint and a fake STi badge (I have the original, they just get nicked ;) )... It's going on when I reseal the headlights soon.

I have various DSLR's at work, all fairly old but useable, eg 5DmkII, 7D, D3, some L primes, a heap of Nikkors and the recent acquisitions are an Elinchrom Ranger RX AS 2-head kit and a Hensel Porty 1200 with 2 heads and a ringflash, and 2 sets of USA frequency PocketWizards for triggering the camera and the flashes seperately. Theres 2 Flex TT5's for Hypersync as well. Plus a nice setup for light painting... In short no excuses!

As regards editing, I process my RAW files with DxO Optics 10, then put the DNG's through ACR, then CS6 where I use stacked files and layer masks if required. I'd have to say I'm a specialist in diverse techniques
