It's a ripper of a code for sure. In that link a stuck check valve in the pcv system was the culprit among others...
I distantly remember a faulty neutral position sensor being another...
So I searched that too and got P0607 Throttle Control System Circuit Range/Performance
And then found an lgt with throttle sensor issues...

Would be a bad earth I would say. Check the one under dash to ecu. Also check engine bay earths to both left and right chassis rails and the exhaust avcs strap

Thanks Mick. Will clean and tighten the earths this weekend.

Been off for a while, laptop cacked it n been busy with new daughter.

Sooo have exhaust center pipe change to twin 2.25 with 2 x 14 inch x 4inch round magnaflow muffers underway.

Also redoing the front bar, the driveway didn't look that steep...!! Oooops!
Gonna take this opportunity to channel even more air into Heat Exchanger.

Also have an ATP GTX 3576 IW 3inch inlet coming with hoses needed etc to be fitted before Matt arrives early May :D

Mmmm cant wait!

Went twin exhaust, soooo much quieter but still using straight through mufflers - magnaflow used instead of a resonator in my center pipe now.
Bit of a squeeze but got 2 x 4inch diameter x 14 inch long cylinder mufflers in there.

Much happier with sound !!

Thanks shav.
Its still at the panel beaters getting the custom front bar reworked, I'll post up something after a weeks driving.

Basic check of flow potential:

Twin 2.25 inch center
57mm/2 = 28.5
28.5 x 28.5 x (22/7) = 2553 mm2 cross section area each pipe x 2 = 5106 mm2 total cross section area

3 inch center
76mm/2 = 38
38 x 38 x (22/7) = 4538 mm2 total cross section area

so 5106/4538 = 1.125 = 12.5% more cross sectional area

So with the larger amount of pipe edge to gas which slows flow the additional area should compensate and result in no flow reduction.

What do the forum crew think?

I think the calculations are on the mark, especially for bigger turbo's. Are you expecting a bigger power increase with this setup?
