Suggestions on battery replacement

The old battery is on the way out. I drive an 05 2.5i with no extra equipment or audio system etc.

Any recommendations on what I should get/cheapest place to get from in the $120-140 range? I've been looking at the Century 'Hi-Performance' 55D at the moment.
