Installing LED Bar...with existing wiring?

Postby MMANGO » Sat Dec 27, 2014 2:30 pm

Hey guys,

I have an '05 TBSTI, and I have previously had an LED Bar hooked up to a simple relay setup, however I want to make it a bit more "integrated" by only coming on if high beam is on. Now that is all fine and just about borders on my electrical ability.

BUT! upon removing the blank panel abelow the mirror control, i noticed there was a light blue plug that went to nothing. Due to my inability to read wiring diagrams and my fear of blowing something up testing it, can anyone enlighten me on what any of these wires are for? and more importantly will any provide me with- earth? or power when the lights/high beams are switched on?

Use a fuse tap on the high beam fuse to trigger the relay?
