Will these rims fit?

So Im after some new rims and I've done as much research as I can but I am still unsure and dont want to buy something that doesnt fit my car..

My car is a 07 Liberty GT Spec B, and ideally the rims I want are the BBS CH's, though they are quite expensive and I dont think they will fit, so I found some look-a-likes that are much cheaper. Link below.

So I've research and I know that the Bolt pattern is 5x100mm, which im pretty sure these are (if they are not please let me know)..

According to this Wheel FAQ --> viewtopic.php?t=98... If they are 8" wide, which these rims are, the offset must be +43mm to +51mm... These rims have an offset of +40 so thats not going to work is it?

Sorry for all the nooby questions, if you have any feedback and can help me out it would be appreciated muchly, and if these BBS CH look-a-likes dont work, please let me know if you know of any other similar rims that will fit...
