SO they have pretty much said, i pay the fine or go to court..
I have already paid the fine cause, i will prob lose the court battle due to my crappy driving record..

Past convictions shouldn't affect the verdict of new charges... They are generally only considered in the sentencing.

But the fact that you have already paid the fine may be seen as an admission of guilt anyway.

Whats with you all I drive and ride over 60000k a year and have never had a ticket!

Some of them are not to jealous, they just look and go what a dickhead because of the manner of driving, attitude etc.

Most cops don't even know ANYTHING about cars so don't think your getting picked on for having a turbo.

The funny thing is, everyone see's angry people go cops this and cops that, and "I always get picked on" etc, but what they really need to do is have a look at themselves and realise that the only common denominator in every negative interaction with police was, THEM and nothing else.

I agree with most here that respect and a good attitiude go a long way in all parts of life..

I think most agree that the yellow light here is pushing it to the extreme and common sense might have been an option rather than a fine

When I was young and dumb, I use to bag out police, as most young people do, but always had respect because I never knew if I would need them. And I didn't know any.

Now things have changed. It is THE best job you will ever do, THE most fun and you get to see some of the coolest stuff. The way I see it I have front row tickets to the best show on earth, I get to see it all.

Police deal with people that hate and want to kill them every day, so peoples opinions don't really worry.

Ask yourself how many of your friends would literally put their life on the line to help you, and then put in it to practice. I have done it many a time for others, and them for me.

All I can say is:
