Engine coversion

Hi all ,just a question,I have a thought of asking what is involved or is it possible to fit a 2.5 turbo engine in replace the of my 3.0 l
Ok so I'm just asking don't shot me lol
I love my Libby but I would like a bit of boost ...is this possible...obviously change Ecu?.looms etc ..let's know your thoughts ...
I am a qualified mech of 25 years so most mechanical challenges are possible....

Is your 3.0 broken? Surely you'd get better value for money/time/effort out of supercharging your current engine?

No it's not broken ,just thinking when the tmw comes should I rebuild or do a engine conversion ,thanks

Full Harness, ECU, Air Bag module (if different plug), Body Integrated Unit, Cluster and keys.

Should be a nice challenge.

Just boost the 3.0. Better value for your time and money, better all around setup (less lag, more torque, more power, porsche sounds etc), can put on a better turbo/exhaust straight away.

Just swapping the 2.5T in you'll still have essentially the same power/drive and after that "little" project you'll still need to drop $$ on an exhaust, turbo, fuel system to enjoy a proper boost setup. Why not just do those things straight away and enjoy the better result.
