Panel respray questions

Postby scooby491 » Sat Oct 04, 2014 5:04 pm

hey guys
so this may be in the wrong area and/or already covered but was hoping someone here can help me out.....

a few of my panels are in desperate need of a respray (crows feet and different colour bar) i have the tools/facilities to paint it myself and know the basics of painting.
i'm wondering/hoping that some can enlighten me on the thinners to paint ratio and also anything to look out for/pointers in doing the process.
also i'm using acrylic paint on a set of panels off a donor car..

not gunna lie, have considered getting a colour matched pressure pack but due to the size of the area required to be painted it will be much more cost effective and better time-wise to use a gun

thanks in advance
